From now on, I will never let you out of my sight.
Said upon embracing the young Prophet ﷺ after his delayed return from searching for lost camels in the desert.
When the Prophet ﷺ was a boy of seven or eight, some of the family's camels went missing. His uncles sent him out alone into the desert to find them. According to Ibn Sa'd, they chose him because every task he was given turned out well. He was late coming back. When his grandfather Abdul Muttalib learned that the uncles had sent the boy out alone, he was furious with them. He paced back and forth anxiously until the boy returned safely.
