There is some bad smell coming from you.
Aisha RA and Hafsa RA had agreed beforehand to say this to him ﷺ, referring to the honey he had eaten at Zaynab bint Jahsh RA's house.
I won't eat at Zaynab's house again.

This is one interpretation of the occasion for Qur'an [66:1] found in Sahih al-Bukhari; the exact year is not given in this account. Episode 97 (on the Maria incident) references this as an alternative, weaker opinion for the same revelation, and names the wife involved as Sawda rather than Zaynab bint Jahsh.
The Prophet ﷺ stayed longer than usual at the house of his wife Zaynab bint Jahsh RA, where he had eaten a type of honey. Two of his other wives, Aisha RA and Hafsa RA, made a plan between them. When he next came in to either of them, she would tell him that there was a bad smell coming from him, meaning the smell of the honey. When he came in, they both said this to him. The Prophet ﷺ said, "I won't eat at Zaynab's house again."
According to one interpretation recorded in Sahih al-Bukhari, this was the occasion on which Allah revealed Qur'an 66:1: "O Prophet! Why do you prohibit [yourself] from what Allah has made lawful to you, seeking to please your wives?"
Other events recorded around the same time. Their order within the year is not established; use the storyline above for the sequence.

“O Prophet! Why do you prohibit [yourself] from what Allah has made lawful to you, seeking to please your wives?”
This is the specific asbab al-nuzul per Sahih al-Bukhari: this ayah, on the Prophet ﷺ forbidding himself something lawful to please his wives, was revealed about this honey incident.
